Prior to your first visit, please complete the new patient forms online & remember to bring your insurance card to your appointment.
Payments
For all patients, the entire patient portion is due at the time of the appointment. We will bill your insurance company. Any remainder not covered by insurance is the responsibility of the patient. We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover.
Cancellations
Hillsborough Street Dental is dedicated to delivering quality care & reserves appointment times exclusively for you. Because we reserve time exclusively for each patient, we ask that you make every effort to not change your scheduled appointment time. As a courtesy, our office uses several methods to confirm & remind you of your appointment. If you find that you cannot keep your scheduled appointment, we require a minimum 48-hour notice. We can only process cancellation requests during regular clinical hours, 8am–5pm Monday/Tuesday/Thursday & 8am–3pm Wednesday/Friday. We cannot process cancellation requests on Saturday or Sunday.
In order to provide prompt service, patients who do not show up for their reserved appointments or do not notify us at least 48 hours prior to their appointed time will be charged a fee of $50 for hygiene appointments or $100 for dentist appointments. Thank you for your cooperation!
Weather Closings & Delays
Most of the time, our office follows the Wake County Public Schools weather closings & delays. If a closure affects an already scheduled appointment, patients are advised to call the office at (919) 834-1432 to confirm closure.
